Appointments & Consultations
All appointments are scheduled in advance with the physician of your choice by calling the Glades Road office at (561) 391-5515 from 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday; or the Clint Moore Road office at (561) 939-0800 from 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday. Please call our office for additional information.
New patients are always welcomed.
Our staff will be pleased to assist you in any way possible and all efforts will be made to accommodate your schedule.
Everyone at our office is at your service.
Cancellations
If you are unable to keep an appointment or need to reschedule, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. If not, a cancellation fee will be charged.
Emergencies
We are always able to give prompt attention to emergencies. During office hours, there is at least one doctor in the office attending to emergencies needing prompt treatment. One of our physicians or physician's assistants is also on call after regular office hours and weekends. To reach a physician after regular office hours, call the Glades Road office at (561)391-5515 or our Clint Moore Road office at (561)939-0800.
Your call will be answered by our answering service, and the physician or the physician's assistant on call will return your call as soon as possible.
Due to the unscheduled nature of emergencies, occasional delays in the appointment schedule do occur. We hope you understand that these delays are unavoidable, and that in an emergency you would be extended the same consideration.
