Dr. Michael Krebsbach graduated from the University of Notre Dame and received his M.D. from The University of Minnesota. After serving a general surgery internship and residency in orthopaedic surgery at University of Miami-Jackson Memorial Hospital, Dr. Krebsbach completed a fellowship in hand surgery and microsurgery at the Indiana Center for Surgery and Rehabilitation of the Hand and Upper Extremity in Indianapolis, one of the country's leading hand surgery centers. He joined The Boca Raton Orthopaedic Group in 1991. Dr. Krebsbach also does general orthopaedics and fracture care.

Dr. Krebsbach specializes in treating all types of hand and upper extremity problems, including traumatic, reconstructive, arthritic and congenital problems of the hand. He also treats general orthopaedics and fracture care. Dr. Krebsbach is a Clinical Assistant Professor Of Hand Surgery at the University of Miami School of Medicine.
Dr. Joseph Purita, a pioneer in the use of the laser in orthopaedic surgery, graduated from Georgetown University Medical School and served his surgical internship at the University of Florida Medical Center. Following completion of a residency in orthopaedic surgery at University of Miami-Jackson Memorial Hospital, where he served as chief administrative resident, Dr. Purita joined the Boca Raton Orthopaedic Group in 1981.

Dr. Purita is an instructor and proctor of surgeons in the use of lasers in arthroscopic and orthopaedic surgery at a variety of area hospitals. Dr. Purita is one of the few orthopaedic surgeons in the county using platelet rich plasma to treat a variety of orthopaedic conditions.
Dr. Charles Stewart received his undergraduate degree from Washington and Lee University in Lexington, Virginia, where he was a member of the Omicron Delta Kappa honorary fraternity. He completed his medical degree at the University of Maryland School of Medicine in Baltimore in 1973. His surgical internship and orthopaedic residency were completed at the University of Florida in Gainesville.
Before moving to Boca Raton in 1984, Dr. Stewart completed a fellowship in lower extremity arthritis surgery at the Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore.

Dr. Martha J. Holzworth, completed her undergraduate studies the University of Georgia, graduating cum laude with high Honors. She then went to earn her doctorate degree at Barry University School of Podiatric Medicine where she served as President of the Florida Podiatric Medical Student Association. Dr. Holzworth then went on to complete an extensive 3 year surgical residency, specializing in foot and ankle reconstruction at JFK Medical Center in Atlantis, Florida.
During her residency training, Dr. Holzworth received advanced training in flatfoot reconstruction, trauma, wound care, diabetic limb salvage, with added credential in reconstructive rear foot and ankle surgery. She specializes in surgical and nonsurgical treatments of many conditions of the foot and ankle. She is board qualified in foot and ankle surgery with American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery and in podiatric medicine with American Board of Podiatric Medicine.
She is an advocate on aggressive conservative management to restore pain free activity, and performs minimally invasive surgery such as ankle arthroscopy and endoscopic surgery for heel pain.
Dr. Holzworth is on staff at Boca Raton Regional Hospital and Boca Raton Outpatient Laser and Surgery Center. She enjoys running and has completed four full 26.2 Marathons and multiple national and international half marathons. After completing her training, she returns to her hometown in the US to practice. She is native from Bucaramanga, Colombia and is fluent in English and Spanish.
