As a service to you, our office staff will file your insurance claims when you have provided us with all the necessary information. We fully participate in the Medicare program and are members of leading PREFERRED PROVIDER ORGANIZATIONS (P.P.O.'S). Please understand that we cannot guarantee payment of your claims. Patients are responsible for the payment of deductibles and any co-insurance amounts at the time of service. Patients that are covered by commercial health insurance should remember that services rendered are charged to the patient, not to the insurance company. Our office staff is always available and will be glad to answer any questions.
