All appointments are scheduled in advance with the physician of your choice by calling the office at (561) 391-5515 from 8:30am to 5:00pm.  The office is open from 8 a.m. to 5.p.m., Monday through Friday.  Please call our office for additional information.

Our staff will be pleased to assist you in any way possible and all efforts will be made to accommodate your schedule.

Telephone Calls

If you have a medical question during regular office hours, please call our office.  Your questions will be answered by the Medical Assistant, Physician Assistant or Physician, as appropriate.

Cancellations

If you are unable to keep an appointment or need to reschedule, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. 

Emergencies

With seven physicians on staff, we are always able to give prompt attention to emergencies.  During office hours, there is at least one doctor in the office attending to emergencies needing prompt treatment.  One of our physicians or physician's assistants is also on call after regular office hours and weekends.  To reach a physician after regular office hours, call our main number (561) 391-5515.

Your call will be answered by our answering service, and the physician or the physician's assistant on call will return your call as soon as possible.

Due to the unscheduled nature of emergencies, occasional delays in the appointment schedule do occur.  We hope you understand that these delays are unavoidable, and that in an emergency you would be extended the same consideration.

Prescriptions

Prescription refills must be requested weekdays only during the hours of 9 a.m. and 4 p.m.  Refill requests cannot be accommodated outside of regular office hours.
